We have a small but absolutely solid team. Carlos represents the company. He is in charge of making the first contact with our customers, listening to and considering their needs, and giving the best options according to the project. With eight+ years of experience installing shade sails and two years as a carpentry apprentice, Carlos enjoys every stage of the project, no matter how difficult the task.
While Shade Sail Co. officially began its journey in 2023, our roots in the industry extended nearly a decade earlier. Our experience is rich with diverse projects and numerous satisfied clients, which collectively tell our expertise’s long and proud story.

All of the steel we use is purchased from InfraBuild Yatala, the only fully vertically-integrated steel manufacturer in Australia. They handle scrap metal recycling, steel manufacturing, and downstream distribution.
We purchase our fabric and stainless steel hardware locally from Rainbow Shade. We mainly use Z16 shade cloth fabric for our projects, as it offers excellent UV-R protection while reducing heat, glare and UV radiation. This fabric provides impressive shade results and is the primary product we use for most of our projects.
